A True Community Collaboration

This much-loved celebration is a true testament to local pride, created in collaboration with local schools, community groups, services, and businesses. A special highlight of the night will be the beautiful lanterns crafted through school workshops by students from Irrawang Public School, Raymond Terrace Public School, St Brigid’s Primary School, Grahamstown Public School, and Alesco Secondary College.

Port Stephens Mayor Leah Anderson praised the event as a fantastic opportunity to connect, noting, “Illuminate is about bringing people together and creating something Raymond Terrace is proud of. It’s a great celebration of Raymond Terrace and showcases what makes this place so special.”

The event is made possible with the support of returning naming rights sponsor, The Mutual Bank. Chief Executive Officer Mark Williams highlighted their dedication to the region: “We're proud to support Illuminate Raymond Terrace because it brings people together, celebrates community spirit, and creates a stronger sense of connection.”
